Freya - Silver, excellent condition with an exception: the original owner widened the volume indicator indentation and the volume knob occasionally loosens (Apparently common and can be tightened with an allen wrench). It was also colored in with a black marker, which I was able to remove most of. Comes with stock tubes and aluminum remote. $520 includes shipping and paypal fees. SOLD

Yes, I do like tube preamps with SS amps. I do like the Vidar very much, especially when it comes to bass. It beats my Pioneer M-22 when it comes to bass control and impact. I have two Vidars and am just looking to sell the other one.

As for preamps, I prefer the Saga over the Freya. I don't need the extra gain or tube coloration.
