From the NIN's online store, i ordered a digital download of his last album with a $12 "physical component" unsure if it was a clever way of saying CD or just some artwork.   It turned out to be a few large post cards and a slide which I believe represents film inside a black envelope filled with a fine dust that has the same consistency as printer toner.   Luckily, I took heed to the large warning sticker on the oustside and opened it outside on some newspaper and within seconds my hands were covered with this black dust.   Not even looking at it, I immediately placed it in a plastic zip-lock bag, so glad the 24/48 files didn't arrive in that envelope.. lol

I can't imagine having "artwork" covered in printer toner, that was probably a big portion of the $12, so it was pretty much a clown move on his part.

I got that, too. Good thing there was a warning label on it.
