UPS--keeping the voltage consistant

Has anyone used an aftermarket cheap inexpensive UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) with their WTC or WTL to help keep the voltage steady and stable

I've used an APC unit that kept voltage stable. Not using it now. Pm if interested.
