I found this gorgeous Kyosera DA-650CX at a GW for $11.99 last week. It's in excellent condition, sounds great and reads CDR's perfectly. Mfg. date on the back dated 1986. Couldn't find the remote. Never saw one of their pieces in the wild, always admired their looks.  8)

That is a REALLY GOOD looking GW find :thumb: :thumb:
I look often and it always looks like its been slid across the warehouse floor if it was something I was interested in buying

Nice! I always liked those old Mitsu's. My brother bought a new Mitsu amp, preamp, tuner and linear tracking TT (can't remember the #'s but he bought the good stuff) around '80 that was really sweet. He was driving a pair of Infinity QLS 1's. Not enough power for those though. They require big time juice to make them sing. Nice gear for sure!

The Kyosera is pretty nice. It won't replace my Sony ES but it's a nice back up for system two or three or whatever I have here!  :duh:

An old friend of the family dropped this off to me... they had been cleaing out their garage and came across it.  Apparently, it was a weeding gift to them in the late 60's from  the hubby's thjen   boss  the manager of ge Canada .
SS AM/FM clock radio that is fully fuctional and is in very nice  condition, its now taken up residence in my garage but now gets listened to almost daily   :thumb:

It's a looker. I always liked Kyosera's gear design back then and never owned one. It was built in 1986 and plays great and reads cdr's perfectly.
