I retubed with the same tubes Mick supplied the unit with when I originally received it a few years back. I have a pair of TJ/Full Music 101D meshplates (one says TJ & one says Full Music, but both boxes are Full Music). The 6SN7 are EH Gold. The 6H30pi are Sovteks as is the 5AR4 and 5881 in the power supply. I always used the 101D output and never used the 6H30pi output. I have no tube tester so I can't comment on the life left in the tubes. I use Von Schweikert dB99 speakers which are 99dB efficient and my setup is dead silent unless you put your ear directly against the tweeter.
