I have owned this for about a year and used it as a USB bridge. I am the second owner. I did try the DAC and think it's amazing for the price. It's in great shape, and 100% functional. As a USB>SPDIF Converter it works as well (imo better) than the Audiophilleo2. Check out the 6moons review for more info. Includes the Apple remote, box, manual, and exquisite little baggie. Price is firm. I would rather hang on to it, than give it away for nothing.
