Look over on innerfidelity, I think Tyll did a review on one of the models.

They're sold through the online store only.

When spending $$ on cans, I want a track record and reasonable probability that the company will be around long term. Aside from Audeze, I can't think of many "new" brands I'd spend my hard earned dollars on. M&D kind of looks like another "fashion statement" headphone but the jury is still out from my POV.

Well, I'm about as likely to get a dinner invitation from the President as I am to get headphone review samples, so that leaves only the plunk-down-the cash option

My brother owns a B&M and carries the MH40. I assume he has access to the whole line.

I buy a lot of headphones, but rarely get a review sample.  The odd thing that kept me from buying the MH-40 originally was that circuit board they have in the earcup (or earcups).  I believe it's used for muting the sound for some reason.

Is it a small diode circuit like in Ultrasones to protect from over-voltage?
