Very disappointed on Nuprime product

Very disappointed on Nuprime product

I using HD-AVP and formal Nuforce MCH-300-C7 and AVP-18. All 3 product power suddenly goes off during playback.

Does anyone face the same problem with me?

Optima is responsible for AVP-18.
For HD-AVP and MCH-300C7 you can contact NuPrime support. Note that MCH-300C7 is out of warranty but we (NuPrime) will try to assist you with the lowest cost possible.  If you want someone to assist you instead of airing your grievances, you should provide some details. How can 3 products suddenly just power off, I have never heard of such a case in more than 10 years in this business.
I monitor this forum for issues other than specific product use discussion.
But for support to assist you, you need to
1) create a help desk ticket from the website and state where you are from (country, where you purchase the product etc).
2) then contact support email referencing the ticket ID if you don't get a response from the helpdesk within 24 hours.
3) provide as much information as possible.
Did you try to contact your dealer/distributor?

All those equipment not found faulty at the same time.

MCH-300C7 at 2015
AVP-18 at 12-2015
HD-AVP just right now.

For AVP-18 I have contact distributor in Hong Kong, they claimed no parts and needed to contact Taiwan but no feedback after that. Fine, I go for HD-AVP, unfortunately, the same problem occur. I have connected my Stereo Int. Amp on the same source, it runs over 3 years without problem, so I don't believe there is power issue in my home. Of course, I don't power up both Int. AMP and Multi-Channel AMP at the same time.

I just contact distributor for repairing my HD-AVP, wait their reply on nearly repair center.

I know the HK distributor and can assist you if you run into any problem. You can contact support@nuprimeaudio.com. This forum is not the place for continuation of support.
If the power supply failed, replacement is very simple with screw driver and the PSU board. The HK distributor can easily service it, or obtain the parts for you.  Anyway, no need to reply to my question here, this should be taken up through support. Otherwise we have disconnect. HK distributor don't read this forum and I can't just forward the message to him, you need to work with him.
