I hear you. The Jupiter's are on the neutral side for sure. Tastes and how a part meshes with certain gear, you know....

What I have found in rolling coupling caps is that everything has its place. One part may not react as positively in a certain piece of gear as another, so the broad generalization that this cap is above that cap is kind of silly IMO.

The Jupiter is good. Not only for the money, it is a competitive cap for sure.

What value cap, .22, .47uf?, what value of following resistor, and is any negative feedback loop surrounding the portion of the circuit?
