Difference between nano iGalvanic and micro iUSB?
« on: 14 Feb 2018, 01:02 am »
Hi, it seems the iUSB can do everything the iGalvanic can and more.  Am I missing something here?  I have both and seems overkill to use both at the same time and maybe even detrimental?

PM'ed you Dracule1.

For those that might be curious here is the answer.

The iGalvanic offers galvanic isolation on USB3.0 and USB2.0.  It's a relevant device in a computer-based audiophile system.  I recommend skimming over the product page to better understand the technical jargon inside the device.  The link is below.

The iUSB3.0 corrects signal balance, suppresses frame noise, suppresses packet noise, makes clean power, eliminates ground noise, corrects impedance mis-match, eliminates USB Jitter and restores signal integrity.  It's product page is below as well.

Thanks Tyler.  For some reason, I thought iUSB3.0 did glavanic isolation too.
