Got say this movie was alot of fun!! :thumb: :thumb: Fantastic cast, and well shot .

"High-octane fun that's smartly assembled without putting on airs, Logan Lucky marks a welcome end to Steven Soderbergh's retirement -- and proves he hasn't lost his ability to entertain."

Critics gave it a 92% on RT.
I give it a solid 8 out 10 stars

They shot it so that it would do well in the south.  If you're from the south (I am), it comes off as incredibly condescending. 

Luckily I've been in Colorado for almost 20 years now and I could enjoy the movie for the exact reasons you stated.  But man talk about tone-deaf re: your intended audience!!  Haha.
