Quite the Terje session KP. A couple I don't have there. How's the Hilliard Ensemble release ? Been tempted to check that out, and need to get To Be Continued.  :thumb:

hi Arthur,
The Hilliard is new and I'm slowly warming to it. To Be Continued is a must have, as is the sequel, #19 above.
The Vossabrygg is very good, his homage to Bitches Brew. I have almost all his work with the exception of the rock stuff but I plan to get them soon. The next few days will be ECM all the time as I continue to test the
Tuonares. What fun!
Cheers,
KP

Hi KP - I have the session #19 on vinyl, and Vossabrygg on CD. Lux Aeterna is very nice if by chance you don't have that. I have most of his library as well, along with Abercrombie, & Eberhard. He does like to explore with his music. Keep 'em spinnin'.  8)

The recording quality is a bit uneven but the music is sublime.  A very good Ray Charles compilation.

Ray Charles - Standards

Recorded between 1959 and 1977.

This live recording is something of a disppointment, Weber charted for Big Band. All the playing is stellar but in a big band setting all the air and space one would normally associate with a Weber recording is lost here.
