I am more of a headphone lover...lower price, less space...but am looking to branch out into a stereo setup. I'm from Dallas TX. I'm pretty new to this so any advice would be appreciated. :D :thumb:
Thx.

Advice?
If there are any audio stores in your area get out and about and give a listen to as much stuff as possible.
You'll hit upon "that sound" sooner or later.

Helpful if we had some more specifics, such as, what types of music you like and at what volumes, your budget, some info about your listening space. Having an idea what type of system works best for you going in will help you make better choices. If money isn't burning a hole in your pocket, buying used will save you a lot of money- you can profit from others' buyer's remorse.

As a value proposition, headphones outperform speakers by about 25:1 IMHO, but they are two radically different listening experiences and you pays your money and makes your choice.

Oh, and welcome to the sweet spot!
