Balanced outputs (as well as single ended and ACSS), 5 inputs including 2 SPDIF on coax, 2 toslink, and 1 I2S (NOTE... NO USB input). Variable (adjustable) upsampling. Will handle anything up to 24/192 on the coax and I2S inputs (not sure about the limits of the toslink inputs). Second owner, and I have all original packing and a 3 or 4 page 'owner's manual'. Did not come with an AC cord, but can provide a generic one if buyer wishes. Set up for 120 V A.C. Unit is in excellent physical and operational condition (no flaws that I can see). WM8471 DAC chips.
