Does anyone her use Herbie's Halo products to treat noise in capacitors?  If yes, can you please share your experiences?  Thanks in advance.

I bought a grungebuster sheet and cut it into tiny pieces based on the capacitor's size and stuck it onto the top of smaller caps and even onto the sides of very large capacitors.  Very inexpensive but effective way to eliminate capacitor ringing and grunge!

Yes and no... it can help with mechanical ringing but it's not going to stop electrical ones that say occur between parallel large and small caps.
