The Ellis Audio forum will be closing soon, or perhaps it will become locked/inactive. There are a few reasons for this.
First, I am now able to pick-up the telephone and encourage folks to call me:

Second, I now retired from the military and a full-time Mr. Mom, but surprisingly find less time to engage in my hobby than in years past. Time at the keyboard can be excessive. Time in the workshop has been displaced by my energetic boys that are currently age 4, 8, and 9. I can't really focus on the workshop while raising a 4yr old boy. I suspect this will change in 1-2 years when my boys are slightly older. I also need to establish my workshop in our new home and fix some foreclosure blemishes.
Third, this forum generally isn't being used.
Fourth, any time I have at the keyboard needs to be focused on a web page update.
I have conveyed my desire to close/lock this forum with John R. and look forward to communication via telephone in the future.
