will come in  Box manual and wall wart, Reason for selling I just purchased a Schiit Gungnir from a fellow AC member so I have no need for this , will accept  paypal or a personal check but will ship when the check clears.

thank you ! got GR8 response ! the unit is SOLD just waiting for Paypal advice  from AC member who purchased it ! I loved the unit but was "Blown" away by the Schiit Gungnir which I purchased from a new found friend on AC . the unit is also just 5 months old !I am debating wither I should send back to Schiit for a Multibit upgrade or not ? I just love the Sigma-Delta DAC as it sounds more "linear" to me with my Audeze Deckard Headphone amplifier( which also has a internal DAC, but is not as good as the modi multiBit)
