French Canadian Tourtiere Pork Pie

Had my first foray into making these marvels. Perused several recipes, included both minced onion and celery, some garlic. Decided on not using cinnamon as one of the seasonings, but did use savory, fresh ground allspice / nutmeg,  a bit of marjoram and thyme, bay leaf, s&p, etc. Tightened up the freshly ground pork butt and beef sirloin (3:1) / onion, celery, et al mixture, after a few hours of cooking out most of the moisture, with mashed potatoes.

Used the Cooks Country pie crust recipe that uses vodka. Results were outstanding. Anyone else out there make these seasonal goodies?
