If you like cool cars, this is pretty fun. It's basically a story about the development of the Porsche 918, Ferrari Laferrari, McClaren P1, Koenigsegg One:1, and the Pagani Huayra. Seems like a lot of the show focused on Christian Koenigsegg though.
Besides just being ultimate street cars, the doc does point out that these guys are really doing R&D that filters down to the real world, like dual clutch trannies that offer better performance than manuals, but auto shift ease when desired. Or simply building a car that is a work of art, as with Horatio Pagani.
I dunno, maybe without a really viable manned space flight program, this is the sort of thing that will inspire the next generation of engineers.
