I couldn't find it anywhere.  I don't have this one on my vinyl collection and didn't have on on CD either.  I ordered the DECCA version from Amazon.  I will let you know if it comes with a libretto.  I did find a PDF file of the whole sheet music (with Russian) which I downloaded.  It's always nice to have the score.  I get a lot more out when I listen with the music on hand.
