Bocina, is that marquetry I see on the top of your sub? Would you mind posting a pic of it?
Sure, Here it is:

Hi bocina,
nice looking all around, very nice looking top,
match (I think) all the furniture in the room,
sand filled, Rythmik components,
may I say that that subwoofer is something to be desired
by many audiophiles.
I am not easily impressed with audio stuff, but this time, I am.
Thanks for sharing.

Ed,

Thanks. It's crotch walnut that I left a little rough because I liked the three dimensional look it gave the speakers.

This message is for Jparkhur.  I am not responding to this particular conversation, but am trying to contact you because you sold someone an ATI AT1506 amp at one time and mentioned  that you had e-mailed a copy of the AT1506 to the buyer.  We have an AT1506 also, and are having some trouble with it, but have no manual to use to trouble shoot it.  If you still have a copy of the manual, and would be willing, would you please e-mail it to me at ghspurlock1@nc.rr.com?

Thanks very much for your help.

Some New Stuff..  ( Danny, make this a sticky?)

I am really wanting Danny to build me a center channel and some OB subs.

Is that an MFW-15 in that picture? I had 2 of them!  :D

Finally got settled in my new apartment.  My tube gear has been giving me headaches so I broke out my always trusty Bryston B60 to drive the Super 7 monitors.

A couple more builds completed since my entry in 2013, hard to believe this thread started that long ago.

The original Wedgie, I love this speaker:

The bass section ultimately didn’t work for me, I believe I built it too small and the output of the drivers had a negative impact on each other.  I am currently (not actively :duh:) revisiting this speaker with a different bass solution.

NX Otica MTM with Stereo H Frame Servo Bass (my Current speaker):
This is a great speaker, easily fills my largish space, excellent imaging and beautiful tone.  I learned a lot about finishing on this build thanks to this community.

Best,
Ed

Outstanding build - I love how you integrated the monitors into the sub platform.  Awesome.

+1!!!

Really love the creative way you integrated the monitors, even including the cool grill shape.  Danny should steal that idea from you post haste :P
