I'm talking about running a single input into the output jacks and then running two outputs from the input jacks?  Say in a system with a single source component and both a headphone amp and power amp, or maybe two power amp/speaker combos that you wanted to switch between?

No...to do this, you would have to cut the internal circuit traces and rewire the input/output.
