I just got home from the local record store. Where Lenny Kaye of the Patti Smith group played for about 40 min. Mr. Kaye lives only a few miles from me.

Another great album from the kings and queens of power pop. Lots of catchy hooks. Unlike previous TNP albums, there are no Dan Bejar songs on this record and he doesn't play on the record. Some of his songs have been my favorites on other albums. IMO, nobody does power pop better than A.C. Newman and The New Pornographers.
