It can work.

FS is low enough.
QTS is getting closer to 0.7 (some say the ideal value).
XMAX is close to good too - more is almost always better for an OB woofer.

Do you intend to biamp the woofers or is it a passive setup with the wide range driver?

I sew QTS=0,47

I think most of the data looks OK, but the sensitivity is quite low, with only 86,5dB.
You will probably need a separate amplifier for the bass, to adjust for the sensitivity.

I have only built one pair of OBs, so take my opinion w/ a grain of salt (or two).  I made a slightly modified version of MJK’s passive 2-way using Fostex FF85k (no longer available) and Eminence Alpha 15a.  I like them very much & use them daily.

If you are curious, take a look at:
http://www.quarter-wave.com/OBs/OB_Theory.html

Looking at your driver: I think the Qts is too low.  Using a 20”w x 40” tall baffle w/ driver centered 10” from bottom, I think you will get 86 dB for 2.83v input; F10 about 44 Hz.  Might want to use EQ on it, but then you are putting the driver at risk unless you keep it down to very modest SPLs.  I would use a 200 Hz low pass & a 40 Hz high pass (to limit excursion).  Using 2 drivers will get you additional output; however, unless you have an amp that is stable at 2 ohms, you would need to run them in series, making the XO parts more expensive.  So maybe a miniDSP would be cheaper—you might want to use 2 amps anyway to match levels from the woofer & mid/tweeter.

Remember (or maybe you already know): the acoustic XO point and the electrical XO point for OBs are NOT the same.  Again, check out MJK’s site.

Keep us posted!

Add to it the bass freq have an decreasing of 4 to 5db when in OB.

yes,

i plan to run an amp on the woofer
