Had the pleasure of meeting Mr.Palmer at one of Senior Skins Games at the Mauna Lani Resort.
 
He not only built the foundation for today's PGA Tour, but helped renew the world's interest in the British Open Championship.
 
I hope they do something very special for him at the Ryder Club next week.

I never watched golf until about 10 years ago, so I did not benefit from seeing any of Arnold's play.

I will say that he looked increasingly frail on TV during his annual tourney on the PGA tour.

Amazing example of donating time and $ to charity.

And spent a lot of time in the recent years trying to boost global interest in the game.
