Questions regarding materials on Bryston equipment
« on: 18 Apr 2015, 04:38 pm »
Hi!

I was wondering, does Bryston use aluminium or steel to make external casing of these products:
- BHA-1
- BDP-1
- BDA-2

Also, would it be possible to tell me if BHA-1 uses some OP-AMP ICs or is it everything made froe with discrete components?

Cheers and thanks!

The chassis on those components are steel with aluminum dress panels. The BHA1 uses fully discrete operational amplifiers. No ICs in the analog audio path.

Are the chassis for the 3B SST2 and 4B SST2 aluminum or steel with aluminum dress panels ?

Do you sell more 17 inch or 19 inch with handles ?
