I saw Mose at the renowned Lighthouse Cafe in Hermosa Beach, CA. I really enjoyed his relaxed conversational style. If I recall correctly, he played there on a regular basis. I also heard Dizzy Gillespie there back in the day. It's too bad that this classic venue has devolved, after several changes in ownership, into more of an all around club with rock, reggae and various strains of pop music now dominating the menu.
