It's getting closer, and closer.
First weekend in May....
I can't wait, well, I'll have to, but I won't like it.......
Looking forward to new systems, new friends, old friends, the whole shebang.

I have been looking forward to the LSAF since attending last year. Will be spending some time with Doug discussing cables. Im sure he needs some more of my funds.

I've been several times and always had a good time. Going again this year for sure.
There's another thread here on AC about this year's show

you mean you never went to bone daddys
-
Was just at Bone Daddy's last week when I visited Dallas.
It was a big group event at Babe's with much more audio discussion that time I went to LSAF.
-
Change o' plans. I will be attending, but not demo'ing this year.
Babe's for dinner Saturday night, if anyone wants to join us. :singing:
I can actually do a show report this year. It'll be good to see most/all of the rooms instead of being in my demo room most of the show.
Another year MAY give me a chance to finish up some projects to demo in '16.

some of us going to hard eight bbq

I may or may not be able to make it over to the show, but might be able to meet up at Babe's...only about 20 minutes or so from my place

I'll do my best. Sent you PM, just shoot me a text when you guys head that way. Remember it will be a loooong wait on Saturday evening, especially with larger party, recommend drinks at Bayou Jacks while waiting.
-
I'll be going with a few audio buddies and we will be exhibiting a system comprised of pieces from each of our systems. So really, the system is just an excuse to hang out and party and meet like minded people.
Look for the 5one2 Audio room (as in the Austin 512 area code), and come thirsty my friends... :thumb:

Excellent report and write-up, thanks for posting. I was there and had a great time (I was one of the 5one2 Audio guys). The Pete Millet room was great, Raven was as cool as it looks in your report, and lots of other rooms with good sound. But it's the "let's have fun" attitude of the exhibitors that I think makes it great.
Oh yeah - You almost captured the beauty of the JWM speakers, but I don't think it's possible unless you're looking at the real thing.
